Cross Functional Teams

A cross-functional  team (CFT)  is a  group  of  selected  qualified  people 

of  different functions   includes  employees   from  all  levels  and  departments

whose purpose is to   control  and  improve   each  function  of  the   organization: 

mitigate friction and hindrances and ensure smooth inter departmental  coordination. 

CFT  also conduct  regular internal audits.
