Cross Functional Teams

A cross-functional  team (CFT)  is a  group  of  selected  qualified  people 

of  different functions  skills   grouping  together to achieve specific goals.  

CFT  monitor,   control  and  improve   each  function  of  the   organization. 

CFT  includes  employees   from  all  levels  and  departments   in the   organization.

Cross-functional teams are established for specific tasks:  

Auditing or to mitigate friction and hindrances in between departmental  coordination.
