Shipment  is  delivering  and  distributing  finished  goods to the  customers.

On time  shipments  would necessitate all  support mechanisms 

be in  order   and   properly  maintained.  
Performance   indicators  for   on time   shipments  be developed 

to monitor  and  improve   on  time  shipments.

Adequate  protective   packaging  and  environment  conditions would  deliver  the product  safely  without  any  deterioration.

Released goods  or  services are  appropriately  documented: 

that  goods  have met their customer acceptance specifications.
