ISO 9001 QMS is the world business standard guidance system
that assists managers to manage business activities effectively
avoiding mismanagement pitfalls and that businesses achieve success.
ISO 9001 QMS GUIDANCE CLAUSES:
CONTEXT OF THE ORGANIZATION
Context of the organization or organizational environment refers to the combination
of internal and external factors and conditions that effects organizational performance
vis a vis the needs and expectation of Interested parties and collaboratively
focusing on business objectives.
LEADERSHIP
Information regarding policies and objectives are disseminated and communicated
to concerned departments and personnel; Establishing Responsibilities and Authorities
and verifying whether objectives are being met effectively by obtaining feedback
from concerned parties.
PLANNING
Organization shall consider both its context and interested parties objectives for planning
and implementing the QMS. Planning that risks should be controlled and mitigated and opportunities sought after in processes that have the potential to influence the operation
and QMS performance.
SUPPORT
Concerns resources needed: Organizational Infrastructure: building and machinery.
Personnel Competencies and training. Documents in the Quality Manual that control
all Processes that would Support Production and Services.
OPERATION
Planning of Design and Production of Products and Services with a risk based analysis
that would mitigate risks and adverse events and seize opportunities.
Integrated production Processes ( External outsourced and Internal ) regarding
all process input and output activities.
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Whether Planned Objectives have been met concerning department outputs:
Product and services Quality Assurances as per objectives and guidelines by concerned parties. Department and customer feedback and reports are inputted to Management Review meetings who take appropriate action.
IMPROVEMENT
Improvement of Processes, Products and Services that may surpass Customer Expectations. Creation of knowledge bank for purposes of improvement.
Nonconformity and Corrective Actions also lead to improvement.

ISO 9001 QMS Guidance Clauses are generic and general and therefore applicable to all types of business organizations.
