SCHOOL EDUCATION STANDARD ( PROPOSED )
THE OBJECTIVE OF THE SCHOOL EDUCATION STANDARD
IS THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT CHARACTER TRAITS
The standard encompasses 4 dimensions:
: Students Character Traits Development.
: Learning Subjects / Course matter in schools.
: Class Room Learning Spaces;
Class Room physical facilities, furniture configuration;
Environment: air quality, acoustics and lighting.
: Technology; Information and Communication,
Teacher Student learning.
Basic premise being that crowded and congested classrooms mitigate education.
Students should develop character traits in school while learning subject / course matter.
The teacher not only imparts subject matter knowledge
but is also instrumental in developing students' latent character traits.
A two fold strategy:
Subject course matter learning and character trait molding.
Character trait development methods be integrated
and embedded into subject curriculum.
[ underlined words may be linked ]
Students Character Traits Development:
Character traits are a result of genes and the environment.
The school's friendly congenial and gratifying environmental
learning experience enables child personality development
at a young age: lifelong learning opportunity for a challenging
future new work environment.
Character traits are easier malleable and molded at an early stage in life.
Their development enable future career endeavors.
Students are empowered by matured character traits that shed all inhibitions
and are ironcladed to take on the real world after graduation.
The Array presented below supports the development of the education standard.
It associates or correlates Subjects and Character Traits;
Each numbered Element in the array specifies whether there is any association / correlation
between particular Subjects and Character Traits.

Therefore each subject need be integrated with practical Ideas
to enable each unique trait development.
