          Finished Goods:

                              Shed  areas:             

               Finished  goods   are  categorized  and stored  in  designated  areas of the  shed.

                      They  are categorized  into:

                          Finished goods to be shipped

                          Production Non conforming goods

                          Recalled  Non conforming goods

                          Goods that need reworking  

       Storage areas  for  certain goods  may need:  

       humidity   air   temperature   modification     refrigeration  at   low temperatures.

       Temperatures   need   periodic   monitoring.

       Released goods  or  services   are   appropriately   documented: 

       that they  have  met  their   customer   acceptance   specifications.

      Sales  is all  about  serving  the  customers   above  their  expectations:

      Customer   satisfaction  feedback.  

          Maintaining  a  registry  of  customer   complaints.
