ISO 9001 QMS   INSTALLATION  AND IMPLEMENtation

 Installation   and   Implementation  is a  joint effort  between  personnel and consultant.

Installation   begins   by   preparation  of  a  Quality   Manual

or   Central   Reference   Handbook   CRH   containing  all  business   documents:

   Policies     Procedures    Work Instructions       Forms   Records  

   and   Regulatory   documents:

Documentation   ensure   consistency   reducing   risk  and  errors    

increasing  reliability   and  safety      assuring  control        improved  compliance. 

in  all  business  activities.

Quality Manual   CRH  is  accessible  to  management  personnel 

providing support  and directing daily activities.

Phases   of   installation   and   Implementation:

A   Gap Analysis:  Current  documents are aligned  to  ISO 9001 QMS  Standard. 

These aligned  documents   together with  created  documents  

are  compiled  in the Quality   Manual.

Installation ends  by  an internal audit  conducted by the consultant and  senior management whether  organization staff are knowledgeable  about  ISO 9001 QMS procedures:

       that   documents   are in place           procedures    work instructions  followed  

       forms  records   are itemized  adequately   for data collection.

The internal audit  prepares the organization for  3rd party registrar certification audit.

Thereafter there are recertification surveillance audits  by  registrars  for next  three years; 

that renews the certificate and puts the organization at par with other certified organizations,
