Quality  Inspection  of   incoming   materials:  whether  materials  are  conforming 

or  non conforming  to specifications.  That  incoming   goods  have  to be  stored 

in   particular  conditions  as specified   by the supplier.

                      Develop a   Suppliers   Standard  of scoring points 

                      based  on  categories or  criterias   as listed:   

                           Prices of product

                           On time delivery of each supply

                           After Sales  services of supplier

                           Payment modes and terms

                           Internal management system and market reputation

                              Above  categories for level of compliance are the basis 

                                  for  selection  or  qualification of  suppliers.
